Men’s Therapy Program
Helping Men Achieve and Overcome Obstacles.
You might be here because…
You are going through a difficult time, a challenge, and as a man you are looking to get right emotionally, so you can figure out exactly what to do.
You might be able to cope and deal with frustrations by talking to your friends, but ultimately want to do better for yourself and for your family or loved one.
You find it difficult to just get up and do what you have to do, even if it’s going to the gym.
You know you’ve achieved a lot, made changes, but still know you can do more, and need that last little boost to push through.
You’re ready as a man to up your game, tired of life, a challenge, or someone or people just getting you down, you want more.
However you arrived here, it's awesome that you are here. Keep reading and see if my men’s therapy program is right for you.
As a husband and father, we need as much support as we can get.
You may feel that you have lost a sense of yourself, for the sake of being a husband, and father, and simply have nothing left to give to yourself.
Men describe this as just going along, and getting by the day, but not really doing things with purpose. intent, and giving to ourselves, even in the most little ways.
Perhaps you feel your role as a husband is consuming your identity, and want more out of life, so you can be happier, and a better husband, who feels more whole and complete. This leads you to feel like you’re doing nothing for yourself.
If this describes you: you need a place where you can be fully present with your thoughts, emotions, process the past, and current and form a real plan of action to truly live your best life and give to others the way you want to.
I see challenge as a chance for meaningful change:
Since regularly working with men to overcome challenges as a therapist, I continue to take my own development and purpose as a man seriously both with what I give to myself, and others, ultimately with the intent to live the best life I can possibly live.
Not only have I worked with many men looking to be better husbands, fathers, and men, I have truly been on the other side of just wanting more and knowing I had to do something.
With my own training as a therapist and ability to relate to your experience, I take a deep dive into your thoughts, patterns, emotions and ultimately actions that will guide you to success in all of your relationships.
My experience with relationships and challenges
In my early 30’s I really went through it as I ended a long-term relationship, finished graduate school, and also wanting more out of my dating and relationship life. I spent years disappointed, upset, nervous, and with a whirlwind of emotions.
I’ve always loved working with men, going through a relationship challenge since beginning to practice in 2021. Offering therapy to others is how I contribute to those who wanted more out of life just like I did.
Some of my favorite clients and best experiences were helping men control their emotions, regain their thoughts and outcome and work to be better husbands and achieve true happiness in their relationships.
